Where did I say the book is great? And what allegations could he possibly be brought before a judge for? All he can be accused of is citing the allegations in the SEC complaint. Now if it were turn out that these allegations are false and he was the one responsible for the allegations, that would be different. But there is nothing in the SEC allegations that would not be considered in violation of SEC rules if proven accurate. So merely citing the allegations is not a legal issue. My issue with the author is one of ethics. The allegations have not been ruled on, but he writes as if it's a completed case.
