Company also reports its progress quarterly to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), the administrators of the Los Angeles-based DOE grant.
The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC), the grant administrator and Total Transportation Services, Inc., the primary recipient, are still negotiating the Houston-based DOE grant. Vision is a sub-recipient in the Houston-based grant.
The insiders load before the news just like the big boards. This does not look like an OTC play in any way, it def looks like its headed straight for the record books!

IMO that is the direction they are heading and preparing to do as once all these pending deals on the pipeline mature...

Holding 2.5M myself looking to add another 1M under .01 Tues. Honestly was beginning to believe these types of companies went extinct on the OTC. Ive looked over all the DD here now and this is honestly the BIGGEST LIFE CHANGER play I've seen on the OTC hands down (And L2 also looks Golden)
Looking for another 1 1/2 million shares of VIIC Tuesday
Heck I may sell off some of my other weaker holdings and double my holdings here, the story is HUGE and just getting bigger.
This VIIC story belongs on the NASDAQ or one of the larger exchanges. imo
Welcome and don't wait too long as many did retraced back and breathed on Friday and now ready to go back up...

This will be amazing if and when the testing phase is complete with government tax credit and Vision Genius ways of also SELLING A TURNKEY HYDROGEN FUELING STATION... (KEY FOR ANY LARGE BUSINESS LIKE FEDEX OR WALMART)
