WHATEVER.

NTEK to $$$$$$$$

NTEK Stock Message Board http://investorshangout.com/Nanotech-Entertai...TEK-64947/

Yes, I'd call this absolute, irrefutable proof that someone is going to buy NTEK for a billion dollars, despite the fact that they have no technology at all, and no content worth buying.

Quote:
Was there any indication that Amazon was going to buy Twitch for nearly a billion dollars? No

Quote:
What would you do if they come up with audited financials?

I have absolute, 100% confidence that this will never come to pass. I say this with a perfectly calm, tranquil mind, untroubled by doubt of any kind.

They have financed their operations with stock sales, nothing more. They perform virtually no legitimate business operations, certainly nothing of the scale that their lying financials laughingly point to.

There may have been a hope at one point that they could go legitimate, and once they were orbital with a going concern, the questions of how the business came by its initial seed money would be forgotten.

But that's gone now, they have no hope of realizing any sort of profitable revenue stream, and are simply milking the scam for all it's worth, and vaguely hoping that they stay under the SEC's radar long enough to get away with it.
Was there any indication that Amazon was going to buy Twitch for nearly a billion dollars? No

Then how is any of the following statement backed by some reasonable fact?

Quote:
There are no pending deals with large corporations, there is no massive source of high-quality content on the horizon, and there will never be audited financials, because they would never expose the lies they've already told incessantly over the last few years.

What would you do if they come up with audited financials? Then you would move on to the next desperate argument like you did when you said over and over again that there will never be any dividend? or when you said there will be no shareholders meeting? or when you said NP-1 will never ship?

Holy Fudgsicle..

You weren't there at the SHM nor did you visit any of their office locations. We went to the SHMs, visited their offices, saw their stuff first-hand, and talked with the employees. Who do you think have a better idea about what this company is all about?

LOL. the answer is very, very obvious.

Q. How did you get to partner with NanoTech in the first place?
A. I sought them out. We were trying to develop our own 4K
solution, but then I randomly found this company NanoTech whose
media player had Tegra 4 in it. I figured that partnering with
them would be a much easier option for us rather than trying to
develop our own way. There were other options, but NP-1 was by far
the best performing player I thought. I e-mailed them first, and
communicated with Aaron Taylor. I requested to order one NP-1
player to begin with, but then they offered me one for free. They
however told me it was missing its casing. I said it was fine
because all I needed to see was its technological specs, not its
looks.
