They bought when in a long down trend, bag holding now, so ought to be good to 12 cents before they start unloading sometime after that, probably around .99.
Very informative, thanks for that PB.

Vision Industries to Introduce Radically Improved Hydrogen Range Extended Electric Class 8 Trucks with IREx
Long Beach, CA, Jun 12, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- (http://www.myprgenie.com) -- Vision Industries Corporation (OTCQB: VIIC) today announced that it will introduce its newly developed "Intelligent Range Extender" system in its next generation Class 8 trucks, originally designed for short-haul cargo transportation, which is commonly referred to as "Drayage."
Due to dramatically improved key components, Vision Industries is now able to build a Fuel Cell Electric Class 8 tractor that offers longer range, higher efficiency and lower weight at a competitive price to existing diesel and NG trucks. This system will widen the available applications for these trucks from short-haul drayage to regional trucking, all at reduced operating cost and always with a zero-emission footprint.
In addition, Vision Industries is developing the next generation of Fuel Cell Eclectic Class 8 tractors that use Intelligent Range Extension(IREx(TM)). Intelligent Range Extension is the integration of GPS and Fleet Management Software to build an optimal fuel cell-profile that governs the electric drivetrain, fuel cell and battery management systems. The end result is a zero-emission transportation fleet that optimizes its energy consumption per mile.
-- A trucking fleet dispatcher enters a job into a Fleet Management Software;
-- GPS calculates the distance between locations, traffic information and route profile (is there a bridge or hill? If so, how steep?); then
-- Vision's IREx(TM) and the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) takes the information, analyzes the data and assigns an individual Fuel Cell Profile; that
-- Regulates the fuel cell's operations in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
This system will be designed to interface with most fleet management systems used to date and is intended to be integrated into future Terminal Operation Software to further streamline and improve the overall efficiency of Drayage Fleet Operation.
"IREx(TM) enables a driver to plan and execute his or her workday while optimizing the overall fuel and time efficiency, therefore increasing profitability of every single shift", says Vision's CEO Martin Schuermann.

Sorry Power;
Those insiders bought a couple of years ago when perhaps they thought they would be extremely successful. It takes tons of cash to develop these technologies and within a couple of years they are outdated unless you have the team, know how, financing, revenues, and R&D to keep up which VIIC clearly does not.
It absolutely amazes me when a ticker has a run for absolutely no reason, no new developments, the company is broke, they are diluting like crazy, the TA is gagged, and they want to raise the A/S to 10 BILLION shares, somehow people find a way to put a great spin on it.
I hope it continues to rise for you Power. But remember, to lock in profits. IMO, this will crash hard very very soon. Maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, but it will crash.
Also, after the insiders bought some shares at .12 a couple of years ago, they are now selling shares like crazy to investors in the sub pennies.
What does that tell you?
Watch and see... The float will be bought out soon... locked up and this who are on the sidelines or sold will regret at these low level...
Insider bought from lowest .05 and up!
Past 3 years not a single share have been sold...
Now that SERIOUS!!!
http://insidertrades.org/transactions.php?i=1405424
Yes they soon will have a manufacturer agreement with A company soon...
Once everything is a lined UP watch and see how the news pours in and all the insiders are lined in to buy up share quietly...
Why do you think there has been all of a sudden major buying without major news yet???
VISION MOTOR CORP wants strong holders in first!
Ones that do not sell or flip...
Big hands are buying slowly and controlling the price range before it blows up... VIIC does not want weak hands to buy first only long term as everyone knows where this is going...
Soon they will need to issue more shares because all of it will be locked up...
Watch and see...
VIIC
Now that's what I call DD Powerbattles!
That some serious details that shareholder must know as 0% is unheard of on convertable promissory note.
SOMEONE KNOW SOMETHING TO ISSUE 0% OR HAVE STRONG CONNECTION.

I think we need to slow the cart down a bit..
As much as I would like to see a deal between Wal-Mart and VIIC, we need to be reasonable with what we are throwing out on the board. And in my opinion I don't think a deal with Wal-Mart is what is stated here.
It is known that there is an agreement in the works with the Port of Houston. And Just like at the Port of Long Beach there are carriers that are contracted with the port to move containers to facilities outside of the port terminals and also back into the port. TTS-I would be one of these carriers and they also happen to be the VIIC's carrier partner at the moment.
"Vision is expecting to sign a similar agreement for the demonstration of 20 trucks at the Port of Houston. The Houston-based grant is designed to demonstrate the movement of containerized cargo between port terminals and Walmart's Houston Distribution facility with Vision's fuel cell electric truck, the Tyrano™. TTS-I, Vision's launch customer, will be the operator of these trucks as well."
So if you read closely what is in the statement and then add up what you already know is fact then you will see that all that is going on here is that Wal-Mart is being USED as part of the demonstration for the Port of Houston. Probably because they have multiple large distribution centers within the range of the trucks and that they would have a huge volume of container goods going to these DC's.
I'm sure they would have to agree to this so that is probably why they are named plus it is good PR for them.
And if you do a little more research on Wal-Mart and alternate fuel trucks you would find this:

This is all just my opinion.
I want to see this company do well just like everyone else because that is money in my pocket.
