Then how is any of the following statement backed by some reasonable fact?

You weren't there at the SHM nor did you visit any of their office locations. We went to the SHMs, visited their offices, saw their stuff first-hand, and talked with the employees. Who do you think have a better idea about what this company is all about?

Q. How did you get to partner with NanoTech in the first place?
A. I sought them out. We were trying to develop our own 4K
solution, but then I randomly found this company NanoTech whose
media player had Tegra 4 in it. I figured that partnering with
them would be a much easier option for us rather than trying to
develop our own way. There were other options, but NP-1 was by far
the best performing player I thought. I e-mailed them first, and
communicated with Aaron Taylor. I requested to order one NP-1
player to begin with, but then they offered me one for free. They
however told me it was missing its casing. I said it was fine
because all I needed to see was its technological specs, not its
looks.
