Well said and thanks for sharing.  I'm trying to put TECO's past behind me and look forward.  That becomes easier when looking at green which isn't too far off. As coolnapz has implied; technicals might lend itself to a boost in PPS.  Fundamentals will need to wait based on what I'm hearing.
