They be very stupid to short on a flat like this after a NO to increase the A/S...
Only 500 million...
Float about 120 million...
Short will be murdered and if there is any shorts who did not cover. ..
Oh boy... do we have another MOASS coming...

That explain within 10 years of developer they still manage to keep the o/s super low and no history of r/s as well.
With low o/s and super low float, last week Wednesday & Thursday they run 1100% plus. Friday We only give back -4% that indicated The entire float are locked in strong hand. No one can really predict to where it land by next week.
whats a reasonable share price estimate EOW next week??
