No doubt. They will pay off the fine in Sept after the Cerner closing. This company just got their new ticker in July. Everyone knew they were paying debts. Now IR is settled. They also realize transparency is job #1 after the notice. Investors now can see NO RS in 2014. We are entering the company's top selling season. We have had no new news about SmartCarb or SonicFlow deals.
Oh yeah, shareholder friendly update is coming and investors know it. Traders too. $MTVX

Things will be fine here scam. Don't you worry about it. I think that was just mtvx's way of addressing the problem and getting it settled with the SEC before things start to move next month. No worries here.

I hope they terminate Paul Knopick's employment for being unprofessional and incompetent. Hiring him was an early indication that they were taking investors for granted.
Also management needs to stop with the fluffy PRs containing unverifiable information about contracts and new clients. They got away with 4 of these until SEC stepped in. I also hope the SEC won't let them flush more shares to pay their fines... That would be plain arrogant and disrespectful toward shareholders.
As a matter of fact I think the next PR they dare release must contain an apology to us, shareholders, for treating us the way they have so far.
Thanks for your sympathy but other folks lost more than me. I am no harm since I already doesn't care much about it, but I do care for others. You need not to worry about me. My average is very low.

Also if they are about to get over 7 mil on the land deal next month why would they need to make a deal with the sec that pays of the 25,000 in low monthly payments. Lol hmm very strange
An sec fine on a small business is quite severe. Ad you can see since the have to make small monthly payments just to get rid of the fine. This is no small deal
I think they halt a stock when they put out false information into the market not with things like this.

No he's not. This causes the company to fly straight , true and transparent. They are up to bat and have 2 strikes. They have to do something shareholder friendly pretty darn quick. Plus, this could take 2.7 bil shares out of the market fast. I know why. Do you?
Tues could be the start for an $MTVX home run.
Although sec is on the companies tail they allowed them to pay a fine or else this company would of already been halted or suspended. IMO this is a great sign.
At the very least they could remove the anti-dilution clause from there preferred shares. Then any R/S would also effect them.
