MYEC Lies again in LATEST DISCLOSURE FILING:
In the Disclosure Statement of the quarterly, we discovered some untrue information. MYEC states that their MJ - Pay App had been launched sometime in “mid-2014”. However, when we looked for it on Android Play or iTunes, where the company says it is supposed to be, we found nothing. The question remains as to why MYEC would choose to use misinformation in an official SEC filing.

MyEcheck, in support of GreenPay, launched a person-to-person payment app in mid-2014. This app enables authorized retail
merchants to accept digital payments from customers. To get started, the customer and the merchant download the MJ-Pay app from
Android Play or iTunes.
To make it easy to transfer funds, we partnered with iCard1 during 2014. This partnership allows customers or merchants to
seamlessly create a digital, prepaid account at the same time they create their MJ-Pay account.
To fund their account, customers can link it to their bank account or fund it using a cash-loading station. When the customer is ready
to purchase an item in the merchant’s store, they make a payment on their MJ -Pay app and send it to the merchant."

I am actually very happy we did not close below $02 yesterday(It's Saturday morning in Spain). Nor did I expect any PR's on Thursday, or Friday-prior to the start of the Labor Day weekend.
However, I think September is a brand new ballgame. Slowly starting next week after the Labor Day holiday--I think we begin to rock & roll with PR's, and lots of reasons for new buyers to invest in MYEC!
Just in the last six weeks Ed/MYEC has:
* Leased office space
* Hired employees
* Is adding new clients
* Appears to be expanding their marketing staff
* MYEC's IR manager Bill has e-mailed me that he & Ed are focused on up-listing (e-mail August 8th, 2014)
* MYEC announced a shareholders meeting in October
One big client announcement in September, and or one new significant PR, and in my opinion MYEC is off to the races.
I have never been more optimistic about a stock than I am about MYEC-Ever!
