So can PTOI take dirty motor fuel when for instanc

So can PTOI take dirty motor fuel when for instance we get 'oil' check ups and re use it?

I know that our mechanic has to put it in drums and safely dispose of it.

How HUGE would that be if that oil could actually be cleaned and re used in cars?
