That would be incorrect my dear man. He stated in his Email that he's hoping to release by Mths end. Not positively. Remember he depends on others and it's not in his direct control. Should all be completed as he hopes , and obviously he see's the light at the end of the tunnel, he shall inform his shareholders of all that is pertinent to get this PPS moving and eleaviate problems so individuals can start buying the stk.
