yeah Charting a Pennystock that had SEC-DOJ Charges ..LOL !!! obviously it's a Bearish chart for now 
agree we could see lower PPS but theres a lot of risk takers or investors that will BUY the cheaper shares until CWRN or PanAm makes a move.
All IMO of course
