However addressing potential licensing further wanders too far into hypothetical territory. Mr. Bordynuik has never provided any evidence to anyone that either his catalyst or his processor are anything but worthless junk.
I believe Mr. Bordynuik is a consummate swindler. He gets credibility by aligning with credible companies who give him a chance and then he trumpets the alignment to investors. Sure, eventually those companies find out Mr. Bordynuik is full of crap and give him the boot, but by that time Mr. Bordynuik usually has landed the next credible company in line willing to give him a chance and the cycle repeats. Investors who don't pay attention don't need to see any evidence that there's anything of value in PTOI because they believe Mr. Bordynuik has established credibility.
Figure out why PTOI never provides any evidence that either the catalyst or the processor have any value and you'll have all the answers you need.
