Yep. I loaded last week at 6 sold at 7 and loaded at 6 again. If I wasnt worki lng I would of loaded more at 5. Buy on fear sell on greed. Whule every1 is freaking out over this I look at it as opportunity. Too bad I couldn't take advantage.
The thing that people have no idea about is that none of these notes actually went to this company. They are all related to the departure of Haim Yeffet from the board.

You don't... that's why you keep it in this range and if you are not controlling you certainly have the where with all to push it but your not. Think about that.
5.5 mill at a penny = 55k
2 pennies = 110k
5 pennies = 275k

The trading here is being controlled and manipulated by those with the majority shares we are buying a slaughter.
I bought all my shares in the open market just like everyone else. No shame in that.
First: Debt holders make money from lending, not investing. They don't care what the price is. They already make several hundred percent on the conversions. So if they Lend 40,000 dollars, 6 months later they receive stock work 150,000. Why wouldn't they sell and profit immediately?
Secondly: They don't follow and analyze every stock's performance and potential. They just lend money. To hundreds of companies. Can you imagine analyzing hundreds of stocks monthly to see if you will keep shares or not?
Thirdly: That's their business. That's why it's called toxic financing. It's bad for the stock. But it's done now. No more large debt conversions. That was the last one.
Look if you have enough shares here you can block every time the ask goes up and gobble down the bid. You freeze the board so you can fill yourself up. That's why this hasn't moved. Don'[t believe the silliness here. I've been in here a long time and some are not what they pretend to be.
I for one will be loading more. I was in DEW* when the toxic financing was coming to an end and this is looking surprisingly similar I wouldn't mind another 100k plus profit.
Who could answer this ?
If I have a NOTE of 100 MILLIONS and there are full chances ahead that PLKD will trade in MULTIPLE PENNIES very soon - WHY WOULD I DUMP 100 MILLIONS at .0004 and .0005 ?
