Multiply those shares by how much they are worth once the stock begins to trade.
If it's a dollar per share, that = over $31,000,000.00 in value to the ICBT bottom line.
EXMT owned 100,000,000 shares of ICBU which moved to .16 cents or $16,000,000.00, giving EXMT a boost in share price from .000's to .022 in less then a month back in January with a similar share structure as ICBT.
