If I understand correctly, 4.5 billion are not restricted anymore. But it's even better, they are in the hands of people who do not want to sell them

Float is only 499 mill, 4.5 billion shares are restricted. The float is almost completely locked up, you can tell by how thin this trades. If the MMs let her run, this would never look back

Do you guys really think that when EPGL hits .10 a lot of new investors will jump in right away? Like they've all done their DD and just waiting because of some rule or the other?
The word is out almost out on epgl...I hear from friends that didn't trust me back a while ago now they are telling people about it buying as much as they can....alot of money is getting ready to jump in for a long profitable ride!
