I totally agree. This filing requires a decision. If he files today and on time it would before a Holiday weekend. He may be waiting until next week due to that factor.
On the other hand GM is not to require to file on today. He could have filed weeks ago. He did Tweet about big numbers so he has to have the financials done. Furthermore is Accountant can assure that the financials would pass an audit. If the Accountant can state that then he had to have the financials completed.
If I were the CEO for the day I would file the K today and on time. Shows a strong message that the company is run properly and has improved in reporting. I would then follow up with a global P.O. on Tuesday bringing attention to the company.
