I'm sure EY had to provide a comfort letter on the preferred stock offering. The Big 4 make a ton of money on SEC filings.

My guess is 8-12 months on Sunrise.
Everything is going perfectly CP! We get paid soon, I see 4B MC on AA. What 6 months away maybe 8, yeah I can wait.
Who knows BTD breast phase III green light next week?
Post of the day! Thank you for always providing truth with no bs. I look forward to KT coming back.

Maybe the extra auditing is bad. Maybe something to do with the RS.
Because they work off of news/gains, then short, to minimize their risk. We have had no news.
IMHO.
Looks to me it is past time to invest in any of the indices used as graphical comparisons over the past years, near end of printed material.
Take a look at 3- or 5- year returns of FBIOX while you're at it.
It is well to diversify holdings while we sit and scratch our heads.
Lunch with Bungler and others tomorrow. Discussions have veered away from what was once a favorite topic.
I'm not blaming anyone for my investment and if I thought I was done I would have cut my losses and moved on. I've had winners and I've been kicked around like a can.
My point was that you should listen to all opinions and not just the ones that you agree with. They might be wrong but they shouldn't be slayed for sharing their thoughts.
"I'm long (not by choice) but don't slay an alternate opinion."
Who held the gun to your head?
It wasn't a rumor, it was a thought of a possibility. No different than all of the posts about early look ins and partnerships.
If the board chose to jump all over it, don't shoot the messenger.
I'm long (not by choice) but don't slay an alternate opinion.
It's a matter of time.

I don't mean to be a dick on this topic, but I am positive the increased audit fees do not equate to anything positive. They likely don't equate to anything negative either. Audit guidelines are very strict. There is not a lot of room to perform it better or worse based on potential partnerships. The increased fees mean nothing.
So, are we pulling apart the proxy now?? Lol... What next?... 8:00am, and once again no news.... Yup, next year sometime.
Corp, although I genuinely like your contrarian view, at times your skepticism/cynicism is no better than the blatant cheer leading. IMO this is one of those times.
A proper and thorough audit is always required. Good lord you guys like to reach.
No. Has nothing to do with audit fees. Increased audit fees can not somehow mean anything good. Likely doesn't mean anything bad either, but it could. Their books could have been so f'd up it cost more to audit. Likely increase due to complexity of phase III, etc.
So they performed a "better" audit this year so that means good things to come? Hysterical.

The following summarizes aggregate fees billed to the Company for the fiscal years ended April 30, 2014 and 2013 by Ernst & Young LLP, our independent registered public accounting firm:
