So how may bids are out there that are greater than $10.00. I know there are a few at $14.00 and quite a few at $12.00. They don’t show because the rule says they must be greater than 100. Another SEC rule designed for the thieves. Shorty’s payroll must be massive . From the SEC to Finra and the MM and the brokers not to mention the bashers and the bakers and the candle stick makers.
The beauty of it is the fact that we have played by their rules and beat the hell out of them. This one has been won for months. Only problem is true believers in TelVue do not know it.
When I post the level 2 this morning and ask the question “How many bids have been passed over to take this stock down to $10.00 ??
Even though most don’t know there will be people who will be happy to lie to you. The point is they can pass over these bids and they have proved that. Today is Friday of a long week-end . The very best time of shorty’s life. Do they have the stones to by pass those bids and take it down farther ?? Who cares this battle is over and there is nothing shorty can do about it.
