NTEK should be retiring/buying back shares. They are doing everything else right. The share retirement is what is missing.
Exactly! Whether it's for employees, mergers and/or acquisitions, content acquisition, etc. it's actually not too bad a time to do the increase. I tend to see it as part of the growing pains of the company. If it turns out that the PPS tends to be held down as a result (whether it be due to selling of the shares coming off restriction or perceptions causing people to sell, etc.), and more longs including company insiders are able to continue buying at these prices and/or company buybacks are accomplished...I'd rather it happen at these levels. imo
Look at the talented folks who now work with/for NTEK. Those talented folks should get some shares. I want them to have incentives to see those shares go up in value. Go NTEK!!!
