Early September should kick this into next wave... As all the pot crowd (25-40) come back into next MMJ wave,
Again, this will be a top ten gainer , for the duration of this run, 5/7 months
November should give good media ...for US GOVT VOTE.

It does...agreed..hardly find this kind of transparency in the OTC and for that matter any other stock..IMHO..

This MANAGEMENT rocks! ! This stock trades thin and I can only imagine how high we will go. Hmm perhaps .25 cents maybe .50 cents and DOLLARS long term? ?

The 3 BILLION SHARE RETIREMENT is a perfect example of the high level of TRANSPARENCY and COMMITMENT from this company. There is no other OTC company as TRANSPARENT as INCC if any at all where SHAREHOLDERS are always in favour.
