EPGL News 08/28/2014 21:26:40 $EPGL
I don't think there's a buyout. Probably if anything, they bought out pwc's shares, but at a premium, near .30s or more.
Yeah I know, that's valuation of a 1.6 billion dollar company!
Buying think that's the premium you pay for a bio company. Probably more.

buyout or merger news could push the pps .15-.20, you never know.

Epgl...at todays price...they have already doubled their investment...09×2.25 bil..is over 20milli...compare to 10 milli for 2.25 billy shares.
Pwc may be out of picture soon
PwC was given 2.25 Bil shares for 10 Mil debt at today's closing price of .09 PwC shares are worth $202,500,00 if my math is correct that seems like a fair profit IMO.
Also didn't someone post a quote from one of the calls where Dr. Marcus referred to this as a $50 Billion company?
That would make it a pps of $10
Epgl....im guessing .11/.12

No less than $2 per. Over a year ago the CEO stated that they would be worth that much if they were a private company.

I'd be surprised if it was under $5.
Viking would have the answer.

$$EPGL$$
.12
My guess is .13
If NYSE partner bought PWC shares, what would be considered a fare pps?
