for a start up to expend re: being dolt compliant .. it is a topic
dismissed by the CON side of the entity that actively works
the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation in total
it was why it was so nice to see the cost associated with
both the 2012 and 2013 annual (K) laid out by P2O's CFO
on 6.4.14
