Just Hate when people Brag about taking their profits at the Top and telling people Oh Ya its still a Great BUY as they sell outta their positions. Then they roll back in give false hope and well ya know? Ya really should take profits! Thats all MB~ That guys a Mod of a New Trader board for gosh sakes! Reproachable~

Got to see the big picture here...
Why file 14A 3 times on A/S increase then change the date and time the 10q one week before vote...
Then keep quiet and Vision Motor Corp busy all day on Monday no one answer phones and Martin email me end of day say they are extremely busy...
Then today have this huge increase in volume of buys... You think this was I hub buying???

Fair point... here's my follow-up question. Consider a scenario where someone expressed interest in a plan to bomb a city. And as a result, the residents of that city began dumping their real estate holdings on the market, dropping the price of real estate there substantially. Then there was news that the bombing plan did not succeed, due to too few votes, so the residents began buying back their real estate (driving up the price several hundred percent).
But then news came out that there would be a 120 day delay in any bombing. Would...
a) those holding real estate in that city continue to hold
b) many new residents purchase real estate in that city because that time frame made them very comfortable
That hypothetical above illustrates the trouble with having confidence in holding the stock for any period of duration.

They can issue themselves shares, but the votes only count for shareholders on record as of July 15th. On Nov 14th, they can change that shareholder on record date, but they have to wait 120 days until they can do that.
