Regarding End of Month "License"
PLEASE remember, that was from an article with misquotes and timelines all over the place. The author wasn't even aware we even built yet.
So as we said that day of that article, do NOT expect that EOM thing. We feel he was quoted in like April when HC begged us to rush the buildout, because he DID say that back then.
