OK LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN EXCEPT I WILL GO SLOWER FOR YOU OK?
LET'S START BY EXPLAINING WHAT AN ARTICLE OF INCORPORATION IS:
Articles of incorporation is a legal document that is filed with the state to create a corporation. Nonprofit articles contain the organization's basic information (name, registered agent, office address, etc.) and tax exemption information.
Now that we know what an Article of Incorporation is we can continue:
Although approximately 95% of the votes cast have voted FOR approval of AMMENDING (Changing) the articles of incorporation (the original Articles of Incorporation) to increase the authorized shares to 10,000,000,000
95% of the votes cast were in favor of increasing the AS to 10,000,000,000
Nice try, either that or you just really don't know how to read these files.

Phase 1 approval by the U.S. Department of Energy's...
From 10Q
On April 30, 2014, Vision was notified that its proposal to build a fuel cell-electric refuse truck has won Phase 1 approval by the U.S. Department of Energy's SBIR/STTR Program (DOE FOA 0001406). Under the proposal, Vision Industries will be collaborating with the City of Santa Monica's (California) Public Works Division, where the Fuel Cell Electric Refuse Truck will be placed in demonstration service. The project aims to measure and demonstrate operational cost-effectiveness, emission reduction and commercial viability of a heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicle in refuse service. If the Company’s demonstration proposal is selected for Phase 2 funding, the DOE will award Vision with a $1MM grant to develop the FCE refuse truck. The City of Santa Monica would be the potential launch customer.

Tell me what are the ACTUAL ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION of the company??..and How do they become so ??..have they been finalized??..and if THEY ARE NOT FAVOURABLE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS..WHY??.. WOULD THE SHAREHOLDERS VOTE FOR SOMETHING THAT WOULD HURT THEM.???..No words have been twisted..read below again..

approximately 95% of the votes cast have voted FOR approval of amending the articles of incorporation

Agree. My OPINION is that they are trying to create momo here in order to raise the PPS and then sell into it. Unfortunately, I have been on the receiving end of that type of stock manipulation too often just to line the pockets of the CEO. I am rather skeptical of most pinks, but yet I continue to play. Live and learn.
Which means the change will not happen. Learn to read the filing....
Did you get any shares?
They don't have to amendment anything if they can out vote us. We all know that is the fact. How many time you see OCT stock increasing a/s and don't have to say chit?????
YW..

Articles of incorporation is what a company proposes before finalizing their suggestion by taking votes from their shareholders..The shareholders don't make the Articles of Incorporation..so here..

approximately 95% of the votes cast have voted FOR approval of amending the articles of incorporation

..here you see.. that the shareholders wanted a change in what the company proposed ..and what did the company propose?..

can't count the ZEROS, What a dilution (10,000,000,000) is it 10 Billion new shares?
Although approximately 95% of the votes cast have voted FOR approval of amending the articles of incorporation to increase the authorized shares to 10,000,000,000, we did not receive enough votes to achieve a quorum to hold the special meeting.
It's just my opinion so no one crucify me if it contradicts with theirs. Thanks
The way it reads to me is that 95% have voted to amend the article that would have increased the authorized shares. In other words they do not want the increase and have voted against the article that would have allowed it. That is the way it reads to me.
