SEC SUSPENSION or MMPR LICENSE?
I'm thinking SEC SUSPENSION.

No, apparently not. I guess there is another is another Bahige Chaaban that owned Edge Nutrition at some point. The article pointed out that Chaaban was in his sixties when it was obvious Billy is much younger.
When I first posted that article I was scolded for that fact alone, rather than taking all the other consistencies into account.
These CNS stores that Bill just shrugged off, may or may not have been part of the "Edge Nutrition" chain. I do remember when we uncovered that they were defunct stores that might not have even existed when the deal was originally cut. I think I found that out when I was trying to make the tie between the several entities that Bahige Chaaban owned and CNS. I kind of gave up pursuing that angle when all the great tales of mountains of cannabis started flowing out of Billy Boys mouth faster than a physic woodpeckers tail, with the same consistency..
It might be worth revisiting that deal in light of recent events. I'm sure there are still plenty of stones left unturned and the weed thing seems to have hit a little snag.
Proof would be nice as he is parading himself around like a legit INVESTMENT company.
Gosh forbid his FITX recommendations turn out to be more painful than a root canal!

Well, for a start, the author is FITX long which hardly makes the article unbiased. You can tell that just by reading it.

Exactly. There are currently 13 licensed producers in Canada right now. What makes FITX so special apart from:
- they are late to the game, very late
- they have a relatively small facility (forget about we will be, we are going to, etc. Let's look at today and what they are apparently wanting to get licensed for)
- they have an overvalued company with shares that they themselves cannot even keep track of and report correctly
- a CEO that cannot get his facts straight, posts personal information about other people who question him, deletes any negative or difficult questions from the company facebook page and then bans people for asking those questions
- posts rants on facebook even though the board apparently asked him not to.
- insiders dumping shares onto gullible people
If you look at the map of where the currently licensed producers are located, they pretty much cover the entire country. So what, FITX is going to compete on price? Great. Just like their stores, that is a losing proposition. They are going to export? Yeah, will take years to get that setup. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to export/import any type of drug? The licensing alone can take years. This is not Johnson and Johnson or some other large company that have teams of people who are responsible for things just like this.
So tell me, what exactly sets FITX apart in this space? Look at the facts. If they do get licensed, how are they going to make money? I dare anyone on facebook to ask that on the company page and see how fast your question gets deleted and you get banned.
If you look at their annual reports for the past 3 years, the profit is DROPPING, and fast. In order to make things look rosy, this time they reported the investment as income! Hahahaha. While that is not illegal, it is certainly deceptive to shareholders who do not know how to read profit and loss statements. Now people think the company is making money, when in fact they took that investment and gave something up for it. So, I give you $1000, and in return you give me the title to your car. Is that income? Well, technically yes, but if you look a little closer......
Like I said. Tell me how FITX is going to make money if they are licensed.
If Bill put an apostrophe after "provided", then I would feel a lot better. I am sure that is what he meant, but I hate to overanalyze it. Which is of course, what I have just done!
Just get the darned license already! Lol, GLTA!
