I just read Desmond Fargo's SA article and don't understand his comments regarding hemp....Can anyone try to explain/clarify his two paragraphs below? I didn't want to comment on the SA article directly and come off as the wet blanket, as the article overall is very positive and well written.
"The average yield per sq foot of hemp grain can yield in a range from 700-1000 lbs/acre, which are conservative estimates of production. HTG works with many different types of products from cold pressed Hemp Oil to Hemp Insulation."
One should note that if MMPR license agreements for marijuana and hemp are approved by Health Canada, CEN Biotech will ultimately be able to grow as much as 1000 lbs (453592 grams) of hemp. This yield can potentially triple the revenue of CEN Biotech.
- If we grow 1000lbs of hemp, this would suggest we have 1 acre to grow? Seems small - I thought we had at least 25 acres that we purchased.
- I don't see how 1000lbs of hemp triples the revenue of 1.3M lbs of MMJ?
