OTC markets must be reviewing the attorney letter as we speak. Typically takes 24-48 hours for the review process and then the removal of the yield sign. How high do people think the PPS will go once this happens. I believe it will go to at least $0.0150.

Putting up a website doesn't make it a crowdfunding portal.
A funding portal must register with the SEC by the filing of a Form Funding Portal.
The FINRA Rules would require a funding portal applicant for FINRA membership to file a Form FP-NMA.
So far there is a partially built website but nothing has been filed with the SEC or FINRA to move the process forward.
Crowdfunding is limited to $1 million and that is with audited financials submitted to the SEC - the limit is $500k without audited financials.
It appears Calkin lacks focus and is buying many domains but not finishing anything.
GRCU still has a great deal of work before serious and seasoned investors become involved.

He told me that there was some big things in the works. He said none of it mattered if there was a yield sign up. He said the yield sign was first priority. He was sure that the BOD and Dick Weed would be ready to release pr once the yield sign was down.
He admitted his preference for a privately run company. And referred to Dick Weed and the BOD as the experienced publicly traded company leaders. Basically Calkin can build a functioning mmj business like no other. He has the help of the BOD and Dick Weed to make it a public company...
This is a very promising company, I told him many investors see this company as a huge gamble right now with no verification besides rumors of things to come. They are not worried about the current pps. The company is not in that mode yet.... They are in the preseason, they are in warm ups. And maybe you could say they are still in draft mode. Because they are constantly added new companies to their Futuremarijuana.com site, they are partnering up with Hemporium and grow ops.
There will be so much juicy news coming that this will shoot up to Ph*t like levels. We could see .50 seems crazy but once the elections are going down, and a whole bunch of new states legalize mj and mmj.... People will take a look at GRCU and want it. There will be countless new investors...
The stock price will move so quickly that people will be offering more than the ask just trying to catch it as it runs....
