As I have stated in the past - GRCU getting involved with a shell such as TTDZ with all of it's baggage was a huge mistake.
Just changing the name and ticker doesn't make the past go away.
There is no reason to believe that PVCL will pay the debts it owes or any reason to believe they have the financial where with all to pay even if they chose to do so.
Many will try to gloss this over but as I have pointed out Calkin has zero experience in the public sector and needs to appoint a CEO and Calkin change to President.
As the Attorney Letter states:
