Still here.....waiting out the 3 weeks that I had

Still here.....waiting out the 3 weeks that I had mentioned needed to pass after the show.

In the meantime I have been battling a beautiful, magestic Blue Heron that spotted the pond and decided to go in for a few meals (1 bullfrog and 2 koi). This bird is so big that even the decoys couldn't scare him away. I saw him fly in and attack them, and once he knew they weren't real, the pond was his smorgasbord.

I call him......MrEaton....basically because he keeps calling the FAA......I mean.....trying to eat my fish.

LOL.......beautiful bird.....I hope to decorate my sunroom with him someday soon.

For now..........the pond is protected with netting (actual soccer goal netting - the really good stuff).

As for BLTA.....as I said right after the airshow.....I hoped BLTA would be able to sustain itself around 2 cents in the 3 week interim (between the show and the next round of PRs)....and fortunately so far it has been doing pretty well.

I expect a PR about the plane next week (early next week?), with a PR about Phase III soon to follow on its heels (by September 10th?).

Still here....still Baltia Strong.....I just knew not to expect too much until the first week of September..........and I grew a little tired of trying to explain to MrKeeton how stupid it is to call the FAA.

I am still perplexed. Did he really think a government agency was going to tell him something? Did he think it was a good idea to unneccessarily draw attention to Baltia from other areas of the FAA? Did he really think this was going to add anything substantial to his DD?

LOL......just a few thoughts I had while sitting out by the pond in the wee hours of the morning.....waiting patiently for MrEaton to show up and get the surprise of his life....................
