It's called doing a little bit of research instead of asking a dumb questions on Ihub. Look things up or call the CEO he loves answering calls and talking. Please don't be act stupid around here we don't need it.
Just because they say it's a buy what are the indicators they rely upon to make that determination?

Two Canadian MJ Companies have started Trading in the Canadian Market today and they are trading in Dollars. What we have in INCC is GOLD, GREEN GOLD!!!!!. The Management is setting up to be the Premier MJ stock Company in the USA Therefore, its important that we stay LONG and Strong Because the REWARD is so Immense that we will be richer beyond the dreams of AVARICE!!!!!

many good stocks will be at $10 by this time next year
2 Canadian stocks hit the market monday ...over 1 buck
These guys got the leadership and that is all it takes to make a powerfull company
