Furtherore how come you have a spokesperson fir the stupid questions but no one can answer when conservatorship will end? When's uplisting when are shareholders rights going to be respected? Damn I'm feel in like malcom x out here tonight. ...
We been bamboozled hoodwinked led astray run amuck
Ok im done
It would have been real nice if he had mentioned the payback by Fannie rather than stress that the Government GAVE them Billions. He never mentioned the payback once.

The short term downtrend line was broken today - still needs confirmation.
At fair value; which is pegged at north of 250; there will be a lot of people pursuing new interests. I for one will be one of those.
But it will not have been lucky. Nothing here is lucky, I will not allow anyone to later tell me how blessed "lucky" I was. No, we've all been thru a bunch; we've chosen to invest our hard earned cash into these entities; much like those that invested in apple or google or gilead. Nope, no luck here.
Part of the fun...should they make a formal statement on website? just Twitter? Whisper to Gasparino? Don't mean to be cheeky, but it's been so hard to hear any feedback on the subject. We should be able to hear updates on relisting of trillion dollar companies? Happy to hear buzzing, news...
Nobody wants the finger pointed at them. You see it all the time where "someone" with inside knowledge spoke but their name isn't revealed because they didn't have "permission" to go public with specific info.
I'm curious with the articles and comments today, all of them said: "spoke to a Fannie Mae spokesperson".
Is there a reason they don't list their name? They are a "spokesperson" for the company after all. Why the secrecy?
Wow it's really odd that the 200 dma and the 3.75 are stacked together and so are the 50 dma and 4.03....it's seems the logical thing to do is buy if the price hit 3.76 or buy if it closes at 4.03...what's your thought and strategy if you will

Kind of funny too the FNMA spokesperson's response. No ill-will I'm sure she was caught off guard.
"A spokesman for Fannie said the mortgage lender has “no plans” to list on the NYSE, and that the job listing for someone with knowledge of the NYSE listing requirements is based on Fannie’s corporate governance guidelines. “As noted in our Corporate Governance Guidelines…the director independence requirement is set forth in FHFA corporate governance regulation 12 C.F.R. 1710.10, which requires the standard of independence adopted by the NYSE,” the spokesman added."
Someone, maybe even subconsciously
You don't want to just stir the pot. You are using a boat oar to do it. LOL
Or so they can just walk the check across the street and hand it over to the Jews.
Ohhhhh, no he didnt!
"The move would happen within the next two to three years, she said."
So FNMA will be around for the next two or three years?
Interesting commentary

they probably want to put HQ in DC so that people can commute in by train from all the outlying areas, Baltimore, Silver Spring, Northern Va. All kinds of commuter lines around there, also be more centralized to DC metropolitan area===AMTRAK---etc....might actually save money too
