My case was delivered in perfect condition. However, I am in a Florida so it did not need to go very far. It was shrink wrapped and all the bottles were in tact.
The key for me was the taste though. It is really excellent water. When I know the new bottler is producing I will be getting more to determine that they have maintained the same quality. If so, there is no doubt this is a winner in a niche market.

Agree when the bugs get worked out...and there are a few HUGE!!
Received my water today also. Had the same issues. Multiple caps with slice marks and two caps busted (assuming Fed-Ex by the way the box was beat up)with slight amount of leakage. I also have Kill Cliff (aluminum cans) delivered to my house and it shows up with a few dented more times than not, so no real complaints here.
The whole family thought the water was great! I am taking some along with the stickers to the neighbors young kids and see what they think.

To me debt conversion and dilution are the same thing...they need money and we are giving it to them. I've seen years of debt conversion only to be RS'd with the phrase "it's in the best interest of the shareholders". I have never been part of or seen a RS happen that was good for the shareholders. There may be those one in a million but I don't like the odds. If there is no share buyback then there needs to be an 8-K to explain the where the money is going. One last thing, I don't have time to read all the koolaid posts so can someone tell me if the flaky floaties situation has been resolved.

Doebop, most of us have seen this type of pressure before news and a solid run. You r exactly right....it's all meant to hold a stock that is about to run. Follow the money...accumulation and volume....equals big move coming. Follow the money!
