Really? I just called them and they told me fitx was rejected.
Yep, that was just before my time here. If memory serves me correctly, the company (CNS) was found to be defunct, just like the hemp company.
Bill later claimed in an interview with AB that it was past management's fault and that CNS presented their financials to them on a bar napkin. (Same time he said GNC orders were shipping)
I remember it because Bill was the one who signed off on the deal and the contradictions snowballed from there. "Billspeak" has flooded the air since.

Health Canada has given me the official steps in the licensee process. Which many, have acted as if ready to build letter and many other steps are worth nothing, but in fact, with this federal government agency outline of the process presents is that CEN is nearly done the process and has been successful as of late. One more step is needed and that is the license, which is granted if the inspection has gone as well as Bill indicated, which I believe it has.
Here it is:
"Hello,
The following outlines the steps in processing an application. Please note that there are no specific process times for each of these steps.
Step 1: Preliminary Screening
Step 2: Enhanced Screening
Step 3: Security Clearance
Step 4: Review
Step 5: Ready to build letter (if required by applicant)
Step 6: Pre-licence inspection
Step 7: Licensing

I thought the P&D piece pretty well summed it up. There's no good defense. People can't bestow accolade after accolade on Billy's "team" and then have the "team" screw up that badly.
Best case : Billy's team is nothing to write home about.
Worst case: They are crooks.
All IMHO, of course. The P&D write up pulled no punches. If Randy is going to sue Finston over some imagined libel, why is FITX not hell-bent-for-leather going after Pumps & Dumps? P&D all but called them criminals. LOL!
Cheapies tommorow
Fact they have been rejected until you can show me the
L's, no company would sit on that news. Its pass fail no maybe.
the stock goes up... the stock goes down.
Canadian Nutrition was paraded around in press releases like it was a done deal. and if they were given restricted shares it would be listed somewhere.
was this it?
Riemer 5/5/2013 75,000,000 0.001 acquisition Restricted

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich., May 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. (OTCQC: FITX), a nutritional supplement company focusing on active lifestyles today announces that they have acquired Canadian Nutrition Superstores. The purchase of Canadian Nutrition Superstores is another well designed strategic move for Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. due to the fact that this will continue Creative Edge's vertical integrated concept. Canadian Nutrition Superstores is a 3 store chain operated in the Metro Toronto, Ontario Canada market. The company is a discount retailer of all leading brand nutritional supplements. The company is producing sales and has been in this market segment for several years. These locations have the ability to pick/pack/ship nutraceuticals and other consumer goods.
In reference to this latest acquisition Bill Chaaban, Creative Edge Nutrition's CEO and President, stated: "We are glad to be able to announce theses strategic developments. We have been in negotiations with the parent company of Canadian Nutrition Superstores for over a year. Umm. why is everyone glossing over the "error" in A/S and the sloppy clean up by Management to try and explain it away? That is a Huge F up and wreaks of shareholder deception. Stuff like can cause some major problems right?
This is an opinion board. IMO, they've been rejected.
You're right. I proper "loan" would not be in perpetuity. This arrangement Billy has entered into, would more correctly be called "revenue sharing". The investor gets a percentage of the "gross" revenue.
I am surprised, since one would need "revenue" (FITX has very little), to secure this type of loan. If it were all above board, there wouldn't be all this secrecy about the "investor(s)" from which the capital has been secured.
Actually, the cancellation of that transaction, and subsequent retirement of shares was made public long ago. So they couldn't retire shares returned to the company already. I don't know if this was accounted for in previous filings or not. If not, they'll claim it was an oversight, revise a couple of Q's and it'll be business as usual IMO
You could be right, but I'm not a CPA.
At least I was smart enough to be one of the first to see the share discrepancy that Billy Boy's "crack staff" of attorneys and accountants signed off on and subsequently tried to cover up.
For 20 million, I would have bid for someone with a license and a track record, not a failed supplement pusher and dirty lab keeping pharmacist who dabbles in horticulture.
It's just the perpetuation of an insider enrichment scheme. Watch the float grow.
Yes when production is ramped up .15-.25 looks possible.
only time will tell where this stock will go. i highly doubt that they will never get their license. Too much money has been invested. no one ever said that this stock will blow up over night. it will take years. and to say that they have been rejected is irresponsible. unless you know something is fact, you should not mislead people. go FITX!
You're right. It's dilution. Permanent, too.
A percentage of revenue sold for a dollar amount is not a loan
This boat has been sinking for some time now.
Billy got smart and started printing shares on Bounty towels and issuing water tight bags to put them in.
They've been able to soak up the incoming water and bail with the bags for now, so you get a lift here and there.
But I'm not sure if the inevitable tide might just be too much for them. The Harbormaster isn't taking shares to pay for docking and repair. He wants real money. Something the SS FITX never had and won't for the foreseeable future.
more like $1.50 - $2.50
