some on here believe MANIPULATION is the reason for the
low volume and stagnation. Possible according to this article.

When orders are entered and canceled in the blink of an eye, is that “order stuffing” intended to affect prices or just a common — if quite rapid — way of doing business? The answer is often difficult to determine without figuring out why the trading was done and how it affected prices. So determining when a trading strategy has crossed the line into manipulation may be more a matter of guesswork than applying a clear legal rule.
The potential breadth of Rule 180.1 and Rule 10b-5 for policing the markets means high-frequency trading firms have to be extra careful to ensure that they do not cross the line, for fear of setting off an investigation that can spook investors.
So many of the indices are being analyzed.
If MM's or shorts are holding this back, or if just the
normal waiting time for buyers to increase volume and liquidity,
they will find it.

NDA as per Publix rep. NDA means
no one can give updates until a done
deal. Believe me or not, they are under
NDA and updates WILL NOT be given by
Robert Rico or Publix until both parties agree.
That is the very purpose of a Non Disclosure Agreement!

I read this board daily, every post, in relative silence. Give it time. If we were at $1/share, I may share a few of your concerns, but we are still at 0.0007 and the company is just starting out, sales are happening, production is increasing (i.e. pps should be higher today). Focus on what they are doing and pps will rise IMO. I respect your passion, but I choose to look forward.
If we are not careful, we can obsess over Publix, who said what etc and miss the bigger picture, chart projections, insights etc.
If you are invested, believe in your investment. It will come. You got burned before, but IMO this is a very different CEO/Co.
The chart analysts here are amazing. Thank you ALL.

Maybe there is nothing to update yet....... Maybe PLKD does have to have a ready supply available before a deal can be signed. There are so many variables that must be in place before information can be released. Maybe it will happen, maybe it won't....... All we can do is wait.
There is no evidence of a NDA in place. Neither Rico or the company ever stated anything about a NDA with Publix. In fact, Rico stated just the opposite by saying this ....
