Oh man, I missed that one. I'm going to suggest that "Bill", who is actually a CIA agent, was in Ukraine to meet the "factory owner", aka an ex-KGB agent. MMJ is really a code word for "Goldeneye", which we all know was a well portrayed James Bond documentary.
