its only anyone holdin 9.9% of the O/S that has to file, so when Rob Diluted more the O/S increased n it seems only 1 on that list would have to file but hte current O/S is unknown TA is GAGGED so maybe none have to flie now.

CEO's mug shot was NOT 11 yrs. ago. i think it was Boward County Sheriff photo in Florida...
and he looked exactly like he does right now standing
next to the stack of bottles in the photo.
