FYI, HC only issues "accepted" and "rejected". If you are "rejected" you must re-apply after you fix the deficiencies. It's not like buying a house and letting the owner fix problems during the process. In HC's case, the process resets.
FITX as rejected. The "amazing" part is the re-application. IMO.
Volume is drying up, looks like she is doing down.
This sell off today was pretty predictable. Yesterday was great, but the RSI was approaching 90 which is a huge overbought indicator. Stocks don't like to go up too much too quick. This is a consolidation zone spurred by day traders and profit takers. All of it is very healthy. I would like to see a close at .065 or above in order to show the stock has created new and higher support.

I find it a plausible explanation....
for why Bill chose to sit on the inspection news for a month. I think sitting on it bought ample time to repair any deficiencies cited (assuming there is nothing egregiously wrong)...Once rectified the additional delay caused by the deficiencies could be attributable to HC....The answer to the question, "We had an inspection why is it taking so long get our license" can now be obfuscated by citing HC is cause of the delay. Don't mention the deficiencies, don't mention the need to address them, or mention you are now back at the end of the line. Take a month, fix them and wait. When the lemmings ask, blame HC. Also, if you look closely at the pr it reads:

I think its important because it means the sentence can be read to mean: We built to the specs we provided, but these aren't necessarily the same as those HC demanded. " IOW we have things to fix"...
Note also in the next sentence Bill does not say, "we look forward to a favorable outcome and receipt of our license" or anything like that....What he says is, "We look forward to the next steps in the amazing process". So what "next step" is he referring to, if not the license? And, precisely what does he find "amazing" about the process. My guess is "amazing" expresses his bewilderment in the variance between the specs he submitted and the ones HC want him to follow.

As of right now, Health Canada has inspected the property and it is in their hands. So no, there is no license yet. I think you'll find the above site useful as you can visit it every few hours rather than sarcastically post "license yet?" here every few hours.
