Maybe it is a DDos attack that they can't prevent.
Although distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks have become a mainstay of arsenals of hackers, their profile has changed considerably in the past year or so,making them an even greater threat to companies. In fact, Forrester recently conducted a survey of 400 IT decision-makers where 74 percent of respondents reported experiencing one or more DDoS attacks in the past year-even though they had security measures in place to prevent such an attack.

Hope they get it back up soon. I'd like to see the changes they've made.
I lived there and there is no time warner service in the area. However all sites down, so could be a service issue.
MyEcheck, spread those servers out. You should not be down. Learn from Ebay, Amazon. Wrather see myecheck do this now then when they have a million clients. Good learning opp. These guys need to be fault tolerant, we should at least see an oops page.
That concerns me that the IT staff is not capable of dealing with this situation.
Hi there... I tried to buy this stock thru TD and they said NO!.. they said they won't open a position due to a DTC CHILL? Does anyone know what/why that is?... OHHHHHH WAAAAAA! Peace. Stok.
Time Warner is/was out Nation Wide - I feel that that is all it is.

Yes. Have been down all night
I remember both sites being down before but it was over the weekend. I doubt server maintenance would be performed in the middle of the week. Something big may be up.....
