As its public info there was 24m shares done at .0525 cents in the marketplace from jan to june. The company raised 1.2m dollars and a portion of that $$$$$ went to paying for the 550k they put up for Main ave. If you listen to the radio show that was put out by Stock Legends approx 7 weeks ago Bob S the CEO stated where he allocated the funds from the raise you can hear it for yourself/associates.
Private placements are done all the time as I am sure your cognizant of that. Without the raise in january there would be no compounding business. Many have stated it would have been far better for the CEO to go the route of converts agin v s IMHO LOYAL SHAREHOLDERS to raise $$$$$. I am very sure if we did anymore converts a lot of people would have sold and never returned.
Its quite simple guys put up THEIR $$$$$$ TO HELP THEMSELVES AND LOWER THEIR COST AS WELL AS HELPING THE COMPANY IN JANUARY WHERE COMPOUNDING WAS ABOUT TO EITHER GO AWAY OR LAUNCH.
And not that this matters but most who helped the company out do not have 80% or 120% gains not even close. Most imho are above cost wise where we sit today.
