FITX is a fraud, in my opinion. It gets tough for the fraudsters when people make it difficult to commit said fraud. There's still money in it, though, for the fraudsters who manage to get away with it.

Cannabis-infused fizzy drinks on sale in US
The 'ridiculously relaxing' drinks come with 10mg of marijuana in cherry, lemon or pomegranate flavour

A cannabis-infused fizzy drink is now on sale in the state of Washington as part of the ever-expanding US market for legal pot products.
Less than two months after recreational cannabis became legal in the west coast state, Washingtonians can now get their highs out of a soda bottle.
The drinks, called Legal, come in cherry, lemon and pomegranate flavours but are all infused with 10mg of liquid cannabis. The drinks cost around $10 (£6).
They are being marketed as a gentler alternative to smoking that could be attractive to those still wary about cannabis.
"It's much more approachable, as opposed to 'Hey, mom and dad, do you want a joint?'" said Adam Stites, the founder of Mirth Provisions.
But the Washington-based company has not forgotten its more traditional stoner market. The Lemon Ginger flavoured drink is presented with the tagline: "Couch, meet butt".
It promises the drink is "so ridiculously relaxing that you may find yourself becoming one with your furniture".
The company is hoping to begin selling iced coffee shortly, promoting their Cold Brew as a drink with a mild high that could be drunk with breakfast.
"You’ll swim off into a day of work or play filled to the brim with pure joy," they promise.
For now the fizzy drinks will only be sold in Washington's certified cannabis dispensaries but could one day be available on supermarket shelves.
Recreational cannabis became legal in Washington state in July, making it the second state to legalise cannabis after Colorado began sales in January.
Voters in Alaska and Oregon, Washington's neighbouring state, will have their say on similar measures during referenda in November.

Man, was that DEAD ON! Huge insider sales since then, even more than the AS. Not to mention the sales of "equity." FITX is OBVIOUSLY a pinky share-selling scam. Superbly worded, too, as usual.

It would be forgivable for you to drop your estimate to .30, since Bill has sold off 25% of the "equity" in the company, in addition to maxing out (and MORE) the AS since that post.
Be watching out for an SEC halt before any seeds sprout. Bill is on dangerous ground, having withheld pertinent information for a month or more, and making stuff up as he goes along. Do not be surprised if the red flags are known not only to us, but to HC as well.
Note that companies that already have licenses, products, customers, audits, listings, etc. have far lower market caps than that of FITX.
Very nice find. Change that post from mid-summer to late-summer if you do not mind. It is sometimes hard to be precise about the X-axis ( time ) but Y-axis ( gains ) I stand by $0.40. It takes time to obtain a license and always obstacles along the way. In fact I would even say early fall but at $0.40 I would take that time period in a heart beat.
