Surely this isn't referring to the d.f. authored pdf that humorously claimed as verifiable which was submitted to the OTCM non regulated paid stock promotion site?

ntek is providing diddly squat to the world outside it's insiders and secret shareholders. ntek has no 4K content being provided to the real world.
There's not one link or public record that didn't come directly from ntek and d.f. and you will never be able to produce one shred of untainted evidence of any conjecture that was posted by insiders and d.f. followers as well as the above post. None. No ones ranting.

I search for some of their financials oh my these are big guys only deal with world class partners and they generate over $100 million a year!

1) Wells notices aren't public during investigation(so that means you would have no knowledge of one existing)
2)Before the Wells notice is sent, the SEC has conducted an investigation by subpoenaing witness and documents. By doing so, the company or person is made aware that an investigation is ongoing and that a Wells notice could be coming.
The time between the SEC investigation and the sending of the Wells notice can be from 5 months to a year, according to analysts.
3) David Foley is on PUBLIC RECORD as saying that NTEK has no investigations going on with the SEC and that they are in good standing.
4) Since he is on said public record, if he were lying that would be an additional crime.
I don't think so...........
There are no notices... no subpoenas, no witnesses called, no nothing............... next!
