Amit Singal, another investigator from the bavi/sorafenib HCC IST is also listed as a consultant for Bayer/Onyx for the first time in the Kyoto brochure.
Interesting.... Amit Singal and Adam Yopp both paid consultants to Bayer and here is the original list associated with that Sorafenib+Bavi presentation back in 2012.

hmm. looks like reverse split topic is in full swing.. i wonder who started this rumor without any warrant... different agendas !
PPHM Stock Message Board http://investorshangout.com/Peregrine-Pharmac...PHM-55152/
The proxy for the reverse split was on August 28, 2008 which was on a Thursday and August 2014's day layout is identical to that of 2008.
But in 2008, there was preliminary proxy filed on Monday, August 18, 2008. So one has to wonder if Proxy will be released on Thursday, August 28, 2014.
The 1-5 reverse split took affect on October 19, 2009.
Quote:
The 1-for-5 reverse stock split automatically converts five current shares of Peregrine's common stock into one new share of common stock. The reverse split, which was approved by Peregrine shareholders in October 2008, reduces the number of shares of outstanding common stock from approximately 237 million as of the filing of the Company's most recent Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q to approximately 47.4 million.
It is kind of amazing that PPHM had 237 Million Outstanding shares in 2009 and even after a 1:5 split, there are still 179 Million outstanding shares only 5 years later. That has to be some sort of record.
Gotta wonder if some of the FUD about a negative proxy will come to pass. I personally never look forward to any of the Quarterlies and or Annuals because nothing which increases the PPS is ever released from them (In my short experience).

What Cramer says here tell people to look for companies like PPHM (they match the profile) and that would push the PPS up and make them more expensive. It would allow PPHM to better raise funds from PPHMP and from common stock PPHM ATM runs and hence become stronger and more difficult to acquire. That may well be what is aimed for, create a situation where PPHM can go it alone so nobody owns them.
I like the sounds of that, but what has me thinking... is still how Cramer can further, visibly show everyone is connected dots with AF and I go back to the drawing board in asking why Pershing Square Capital Management ( who has a special advisor named Dr. Martin Peretz... who founded "The Street" along with Cramer..and he served as an Independent Director of TheStreet, Inc. from May 1998 to May 31, 2012 and Dr. Peretz serves as a Trustee of Harvard Center for Blood Research and Bard College.) ..... and why they (Pershing..) are soo interested in Allergan.
I only ask this because of all the connect the dots I've found from Patent Agent Brigitte Phan ( who shows up as #1 PAV list of the late Dr. Thorpe) and the other Peregrine Departures who then show up at Allergan ...... and lastly, the other ties to Allergan ....
When one looks at all the intangibles, they start to paint a picture that is not pretty for some
One thing I've learned through this ... is patience is indeed a virtue.
Post of the day CP, enough already Frustrated many here have lost loved ones and my dad is on his last leg with prostate cancer. Peregrine has the cure let's get one day closer please.
We agree that this is ridiculous 1.60 but any day now that could turn to 5 or 10/share, nothing to do but wait.
380k shares strong!
Why are we not on that list?

Now only if Peregrine had the luxury of such a partner that would be willing to expand manufacturing operations at the snap of the fingers...
Interesting article on Biotech mergers happening. Roche mentioned.

They have no shame if they do that.
So, can we get an example of shame in your words?
I Agree MM. Also Eager For Positive PR.glta,eom.
Meanwhile the Sunrise trial has another day to recruit and treat patients at its 130 sites. Chug, chug, chugging along. If this trial's results mirrors the identically designed Phase II, we are going to help a lot of people and make a lot of money.
Reverse split my aching posterior. I guess it is kind of split already. Hmm?
77 today with four birdies. Life is good.

IMO if anything would be known behind the scenes today then the stock would have moved substantially. I look forward to some news tomorrow ...hopefully positive so we can trade over $2.

Odd, Last I Looked Bid/AskQuotes=100each At Higher PPS...
Then I Checked and only $1.64 Trades I saw happened at 7:40, about 10 minutes before I posted, but I had been away from PC for a while and did not realize Bid/Ask had drifted down for an hour.
Main reason for my previous post is I usually don't see large Bid/Ask Quotes this close to 8pm and someone increased Bid/Ask Quotes to 10,000 probably to prevent a last minute purchase to bring Ask back up...
Anyways, Thanks for reply. May just be shorts trying to psych out stockholders overnite to get some to sell in morning.
GLTA!
It's been sitting at 1.64 ask for over an hour. IMO it doesn't mean a thing.
