I am hoping that CIRC and Iehab FINALLY get this c

I am hoping that CIRC and Iehab FINALLY get this court case resolved especially before December. They have one FINAL balloon payment to YAG which means they have to raise the A/S to get some more capital or pay it in CASH. Either way it can ruin CIRC, HOPEFULLY they WIN or SETTLE with the defendants and get a nice cash infusion to pay YAG, BuyBack shares and pay down debt! I have tried everything to speak with Iehab but to no avail, I suspect he doesn't want to mess up what he already knows and he KNOWS that CIRC is going to prevail!
