Indeed but why settle for .0001 if you can manage the PPS to be much higher?
Zero cost basis shares are a profit no matter what level insiders sell at. Even .0001 is free money to them.
CEO says he's a shareholder in Twitter message today, looks like he's doing his best to increase shareholder value imo, If he is a shareholder, I don't see him making a move that would make him lose $
Everyone reading the positive post about FOGC's R/S and thinking to themselves this could end good for shareholders are being baited with hope. You all are being herded into slaughter. I hope you all staying in FOGC with hope of a good outcome remember this feeling and moment and learn from your mistakes next time.
I agree 1:10 could work out well if they don't dilute a ton after the split. It's hard to know with bartons history

I prefer it, it will be better for FOGC's shareholders to have it imo

There's still plenty of time to adjust the amount of the R/S. I think 1:1000 is not out of the question for FOGC.
Well some peeps soaked up a ton of cheap shares today depending on what happens. I tend to agree that a 1:10 isnt as bad as it could have been. He could have really screwed us with a 1:1000 or something like that. We will see how this unfolds. Maybe Ken really believes this will work in the long run.
