In order for MYEC to be listed on the NASDAQ, Ed and company will need to either substantially reduce the number of outstanding shares or reverse split the company by 100:1. With 40 million shares outstanding, the company will have a much better chance at trading as a real stock, as opposed to a day traded penny stock.
