Promises widely touted by company insiders at Shareholders' Meetings and in official PRs are hardly "rumors".
In fact, they were, are, and always shall be lies.
After today's actions I don't think there will be $.04s. This is waiting to explode to $.50 to $1. I'm loading anything under $.06.

YEARS??? LMAO! They haven't been on the market that long you know. They are a start up. Ntek bought out another company and just recently have been making huge developments over the last year. I think they have been on the market for maybe 2 years if that? First you have to build a company with products then move on to the next. Get the facts.
Actually, that is a Myth......sorry. lol
Hmmmm... But i remember back when i was in,they did promise 2Q 2014... I am Not bashing,i am always a friend of longs, but this is a absolutley no go for me IMO...
Glta
They filed a form 15 because they could not afford the preparations + reporting costs. Apparently their financials are better to where they feel they can come up with the money to afford an audit + SEC reporting requirements. If you followed the record of the company, you would see this for yourself. 2012 was when form 15 was filed, because they could not keep up with the payments as they suggested. 2013 was research & development & product deployment. After sales in 2014 they feel they are ready to come back out into the light (according to their PR + recent shareholder letter). 2015 they suggest they plan to uplist.

You're best bet is to ask NTEK directly but the projected timing is (1st-2nd quarter 2015).
Good call, but Naked SS has unlimited shares.
For the last several months every NTEK run has been thwarted by Timely short selling.
Perhaps a lot of things... But rumor is audited financials are coming
BIG surprise...a little positive price movement and someone dumps it down. Par for the course with this ticker. Can't see it breaking out of this downtrend anytime soon
Then why have they already taken years, and not yet even begun?
Don't think too hard about that, now. The answer is right there in front of your face.
Quote:
the audit process should take anywhere from three to six weeks.
After years of promising audits, now they're at the stage of beginning preparations for the audits.
In another decade, perhaps they'll have advanced to the point where they're actually doing those preparations for those audits.
There will never be audited financials, because the financials as provided are chock full of lies. You can't audit lies without revealing them. QED.
The time to start and complete an audit will vary with the size of the company and the quality of its internal bookkeeping, accounting and record keeping. In general if a company's records are in good order, the audit process should take anywhere from three to six weeks.

It is possible for Sadler & Gibbs to complete this by Sept 30th.

I can see Cuban rolling in Big with Audited Fins complete....volume would spike into the 10s of Millions that day! lol
Audits coming!
Before they began the preparation for the audit, they were thinking about beginning the preparation, and before that, they were laying the groundwork for thinking about beginning the preparation.
In the meantime, the audit has clearly not even started, and it's absolutely, 100% clear that no audit will ever occur. Not a voluntary one, anyway.
