So how do you explain +6% and 100000 shares traded before the markets open?

it ain't official! How many other times has Bill misled investors into thinking the license was imminent? I am NOT saying he won't get a license either - I have always said he would - eventually.
Until there is an actual audit serious investors won't be interested. and one look at those recent financials at that supposed mistake about going over the A/S will keep more than a few away.
There will be MOMO - but it will be short lived. They need an audit.
