Calling Burbank Costco is not reliable indicator. Say the answer they tell you is : "10" , you don't know if they sold only 14 from initial 24 or if the restock was 48 bottles and they sold 38. If they are indeed selling out, I would expect them to order a larger amount on the restock. Probably might be able to tell you more in person.
In the grand scheme of things, Costco is pretty low on our list of worries. It might actually be worth it for us to go check out Hi-TImes instead. See how the shelf placement and inventory looks like there. We haven't heard much about them in awhile.
